Your happiness, head safety and cool looks are of paramount importance to us.
Your Bern order will be delivered quick smart, but should you have any queries or issues when they arrive just let us know by contacting us.

Try it on, Just don’t try it on.

A spin round the block, dancing in front of the mirror or a quick fashion show for your other half is totally fine to test out your Bern goodies. Just don’t take the mickey.

On the very rare occasion you don’t like the product, want to swap to a different size or change model we offer a pretty easy return policy.
Just request a return via your online account and we’ll send over details on the next steps.
In this case, the customer is responsible for return the goods.
You have up to 30 days to return you goods as long as they’re in as-new condition and in all original packaging.

A restocking fee of £5 is applicable in this case.

Ideally you should reuse the outer postage bag your order was delivered in, otherwise choose a suitable outer cover for your return.  Please DO NOT stick tape or address labels to the helmet box.

Items returned in damaged boxes with missing items are not as-new condition; an additional fee of £10 is applicable in this instance.

Should your goods arrive damaged or faulty, it’s really important to let us know within 24 hours so we can go have some strong words with the courier. (It’s a pretty rare occurrence so don’t worry).
