Bern Europe is handing over to Bern

From 5 October 2026, Bern will look after customers in the UK and Europe directly. Bern Europe, run from Northern Ireland, takes its last orders at 23:59 on Sunday 4 October. Thanks for riding with us.

Is it safe to order now?

Yes. Every order placed before 23:59 on Sunday 4 October is packed and shipped by us as normal, with the same 30-day returns and full warranty.

Can I still return something after 4 October?

Yes. You keep the full 30 days from delivery. Returns we receive by 4 October are handled by us. From 5 October, Bern handles returns directly.

What about warranty?

Bern's warranty against manufacturing defects still applies to everything you buy from us. From 5 October, warranty claims are handled by Bern directly. If something arrives damaged or faulty, let us know and we'll cover the return.
